Securely package the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, wiring diagrams, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship to Nordstrand

Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it to our California workshop using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the components are in original condition and have not been modified or soldered, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
